Project Description
KG Construction were appointed to carry out the construction of two double storey extensions and internal fit out on this stunning farm cottage in Darwen, Blackburn.
The project compromised of an additional master bedroom, two dormer bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms, bespoke fitted furniture, complete new roof covering, new oak staircase and new oak entrance to the property.
All stonework was sourced locally to in keep with the existing look of the cottage allowing for the new to age over time. Aluminium windows and bi-folding doors were installed throughout alongside the erection of all steel to support the curtain walling – making way for the stunning views this property has to offer.
