Old Cottage Rip-out on the outskirts of Hollingworth Lake, Littleborough
We were invited to quote the development of this stunning cottage situated on the far-side of Hollingworth Lake which has some breath-taking views and real heritage.
After providing an honest yet thorough quotation, the client chose KG Construction to undertake phase one of the renovation project – operation rip-out. We removed walls, ceilings, partitions, flooring, central heating system, all wiring and electrics and left the property completely clean ready for the next phase.
We have since been contacted by the client to go back and provide a detailed contract for phases two and three.
