We have been tasked with the construction of a double storey side extension on this detached dwelling.
It’s constructed in block as the whole house will be rendered using K-rend thin coat system once the extension is complete.
The existing kitchen is to be opened up to make a large kitchen/diner and the rear ground floor masonry of the property to be opened up for large sliding doors to let the outside in maximising the natural light within.
To complete we will be adding a contemporary porch to the front as a feature to compliment this build.
From start to finish we have been challenged and, as usual, only backed these challenges with viable solutions.
The beautiful and now completed cottage style kitchen extension with combined dinning area and snug complemented by these triple track aluminium sliding doors. The kitchen features solid walnut work surfaces, a Belfast sink, integrated appliances, an American fridge freezer and a gorgeous gloss black AGA cooker.
