House renovation in Royton, Oldham
Featuring a brand new charcoal handleless kitchen with copper rails and white walls installed with modern appliances, Corian® Design worktop with built-in sink, drainer and up-stand, this property in Royton is a very unique project of it’s own.
The ground floor garage has been converted to a modern office with exposed and painted brickwork, copper piping and an OSB chipboard feature wall for that added rustic feel.
We opened up the kitchen area to allow the space for a spiral staircase leading to the newly converted office space and installed a herringbone style hard-wearing Cavalio flooring system throughout the first floor.
To the rear of the property we removed the existing door leading to the garden, bricked up the opening and removed the large window in the front room to allow for patio doors.
We also installed a number of extras such as ornaments, lights, sockets and switches – all finishing off this stunning semi-detached home to the customer’s desire.
