Semi-detached new build project, Manchester
KG Construction completed the build of two exclusive detached properties in Whitefield, Greater Manchester. These exquisite homes were developed for a private client who owned a large detached bungalow on the land. The client had planned to build two homes; one for his son and one for his daughter so they could be close to family.
One of the key internal elements required by the customer was piped underfloor heating throughout to eliminate the need for any radiators or additional heating sources. The properties contain four large bedrooms, all complimented with en-suite facilities along with south-facing Juliet balconies.
