This stunning property is situated in the rural area of Belmont, Bolton. The development used to be a large garage and belonged to the property next door which is also owned by the client.
The client was granted planning permission to convert the existing garage into this beautiful, double-storey, two bedroomed home and to construct two twin-detached garages on the site.
As you can see, the dwelling has been constructed from locally sourced random stone with Welsh slate roof coverings to blend into its surroundings. Being a conservation area, hardwood windows and doors were also incorporated throughout.
